POTATO SOUP
 
(This makes 5 gallons):

32 tbsp. instant onion
24 c. sliced potatoes
24 c. boiling water
32 chicken bouillon cubes
24 tbsp. butter
8 c. light cream
8 c. milk
4 tsp. salt, optional
1 tsp. pepper
16 tbsp. chives
1 tsp. paprika

Cook potatoes in water with bouillon cubes and instant onions until tender. Put into blender and blend. Add rest to potato mixture and heat.
