1 lg. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (12 oz.) cranberry- orange relish
1 1/2 c. applesauce

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, chill until slightly set. Add mayonnaise and relish, mix. Add applesauce. Chill overnight.
