GERMAN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. noodles
1 lb. carton cottage cheese
3 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter
Milk

Cook noodles, drain. Arrange layers of noodles, cottage cheese and sour cream in baking dish. Season each layer with salt and pepper; dot with butter. Pour enough milk over mixture in baking dish to moisten well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until milk is absorbed. 6-8 servings.
