GERMAN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. water
Add enough flour to make stiff dough

Roll into rectangle shape.

HAMBURGER MIX:

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. water
1 tsp. salt

Sprinkle a little flour over so hamburger will stick together. Spread on noodle dough, roll up like jelly roll. Cut into 1 1/2 inch slices. Lay flat in tomato mix and bake 30-40 minutes in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

TOMATO MIX:

Simmer 30-40 minutes: 1 sm. can tomato paste 1 chopped onion 1 tbsp. sugar 1 sm. can water 1 c. chopped celery 1 tsp. pepper

Last 10 minutes of simmering, add 1 pint water.
