GERMAN NOODLE RING 
1/2 of a 1 lb. pkg. egg noodles, uncooked
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 (13.2 oz.) container Merkts' Chunky Bacon Cheese Sauce, room temperature
1 (14 oz.) can or pkg. sauerkraut, rinsed & drained

Prepare the noodle according to package; drain. In large bowl blend eggs, milk, cottage cheese, caraway seed and salt. Blend in Merkts' cheese sauce and sauerkraut. Combine mixture with noodles. Mix well. Press into a well greased 1 1/2 quart ring mold or casserole.

In a large 9"x13" pan or other baking dish add water to equal 1/2" depth. Place casserole in pan or baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven until firm, 45 minutes to an hour. Refrigerate leftovers. 8 to 10 servings.
