6 eggs (Egg Scramblers equal to 6 eggs can be substituted)
3 c. plain flour
3 c. sugar
3 sticks corn oil butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (lite)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond

Cream sugar, butter, and cream cheese. Add eggs, one at a time. Alternate with flour. Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
