ROAST BEEF B-Q 
3 1/2 - 4 lb. beef roast
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 med. to lg. onion, chopped and browned
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. steak sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. beef broth
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper

Roast beef until done. Let cool and slice thin. Save 1 cup of the broth. Put into a saucepan all ingredients including broth and simmer until all flavors blend. Then add meat and serve on a bun.
