GRANOLA 
2 c. old fashioned oats
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 1/2 c. walnuts or almonds
1 tsp. salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. raisins or dried fruit

Combine oats, coconut, wheat germ, nuts and salt in a large bowl. Stir in condensed milk; add oil and mix thoroughly. Spread mixture onto foil lined 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees, stirring occasionally or until golden.

Remove from oven, stir in raisins while still warm. Cool. Store in airtight container.
