TINY RAISIN APPLE LOAVES 
1/3 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. grated raw apple
1 c. chopped raisins

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in milk and lemon juice. Sift together dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture just until moistened. Stir in apples and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
