GREEN BEANS WITH CASHEWS 
1 1/2 lbs. green beans
3 tbsp. sweet butter, melted
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1 c. cashews

Blanch green beans in boiling salt water.

Melt butter, add salt, pepper and parsley. Stir.
