FINNISH PANCAKES 
4 lg. eggs
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. flour
Pat of butter

Melt butter in brownie pan. Throw all ingredients into blender. When blended pour into pan and cook at 450 for 20 minutes.

If you wish you may heat some apple pie filling (canned) and pour over cooked pancake, then top with a lemon sauce. Just great!
