2 eggs
1 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar

Melt butter in a 9 x 12 inch pan. Break eggs and beat well. Add milk alternately with flour to which sugar and salt have been added. Pour batter into sizzling hot pan over melted butter. Bake for 30 or 40 minutes in 400 degree oven. Serve hot with syrup, jelly, or sprinkle with sugar.
