PORK AND BEAN SALAD 
1 lg. can pork and beans
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix well all ingredients and put in refrigerator for approximately 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Can be made ahead and leftovers can be refrigerated for up to one week. Serve cold.
