GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. graham crackers, crushed
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
1 c. pecans, chopped

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately. Mix well. Stir in nuts. Bake in greased tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Ice cooled cake with lemon filling.

LEMON FILLING:

Juice & rind of 3 lemons
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten

Add water to juice to make 3/4 cup. Combine sugar, flour and butter. Add eggs, juice and rind. Cook over low heat until thick.
