FRENCH BEEF 
2 lbs. lean beef, cut stew beef style
2 lg. onions, diced
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. water

DO NOT BROWN MEAT. Mix all ingredients. Bake in covered casserole for 3 to 4 hours in 325 degree oven.
