SPINACH DIP WITH WATER CHESTNUTS 
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 pt. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 can water chestnuts (8 oz.)

Defrost spinach and wring dry, chop water chestnuts very fine. Mix all ingredients. Chill.

For special occasions, hollow out pumpernickel bread and fill with dip. Great with veggies or crackers.
