CINNAMON FRUIT CRISP 
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash salt
1/4 c. butter
5 c. desired fresh fruits
2 tbsp. granulated sugar

In medium bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside.

Place desired fruits in 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle sugar over fruit. Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. 6 servings.
