TERIYAKI STEAKS 
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. sherry extract
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 1/4 lb. boneless beef steaks, veal or pork chops

Mix all ingredients and marinate several hours. Before going camping remove from marinade, wrap in foil. Save marinade in jar to baste steaks as they cook. Broil over hot coals until done or your taste. Serves 4 (270 calories per serving).
