3/4 c. Quaker Oat Bran cereal, uncooked
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley, flaked
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1/4 c. skim milk
1 lb. fresh or frozen sole or flounder fillets
3 tbsp. melted butter
