3 c. flour (self rising)
3 egg yolks
Any fruit preserves
2 sticks butter
8 oz. sour cream

Mix flour, egg yolks, butter and sour cream and roll out thin. Cut into squares. Put preserves into squares, fold over and bake in 350 degree oven until done.
