QUICHE 
1 pie crust
3/4 c. bacon or ham
3/4 c. cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown bacon, drain and crumble bacon (or ham) into pie shell. Scatter cheese on top.

Beat eggs, cream and seasonings. Pour over ham and cheese. Sprinkle with dots of butter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Knife comes out clean. TIP: Buy the largest pie shell available.
