BARBECUED PORK CHOPS | |
8 pork chops 1/2 c. flour 3 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. mustard 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 c. catsup 1 c. pickled juice from sweet or bread-butter pickles Dredge chops in flour and brown in oil. Pour off excess oil. Combine and blend barbecue sauce and pour over chops. Mix all ingredients together; cover and cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. |
