BAYOU BAKED BEANS AND PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 lg. apples, sliced thick
4 cans pork & beans, any kind
3 tbsp. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. hot sauce (more, if desired)
1 tsp. prepared mustard

1. Lightly flour, then shake chops. Salt and pepper if desired. Brown chops on both sides in oil. Remove and drain.

2. In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients except apples.

3. Place chops into a baking dish or pan. Pour beans over chops. Add apple slices and stir lightly with a fork.

4. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
