8 pork chops
1 (3 lb.) can pork and beans
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1//4 c. Maull's Barbecue sauce
3/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar

Brown pork chops. Mix all ingredients together in a roaster or Dutch oven. Put layers of beans on bottom. Lay pork chops on top add remainder of beans on top. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
