BASIC CREPE BATTER 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter

1. Combine flour and salt.

2. Mix in milk.

3. Add in eggs and melted butter; mix until smooth.

Fry in an oiled skillet. Turn when edges begin to curl and you have a nice golden color. (Use either 1/4 or 1/3 cup of batter per crepe.) Serve with sugar, or any fruit preserve, roll them up. Best served immediately.
