3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. red food coloring
3 tbsp. corn starch
1 c. hot water
1 1/2 pts. strawberries

Make pie crust or use ready prepared one. Bake and cool. Mix all ingredients except strawberries and bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes. Cool.

Put sliced strawberries in pie crust. Pour mixture over strawberries. Refrigerate overnight. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
