2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck 1 lb. hot Rudy's sausage 1 lg. onion 1 lg. pepper 3 tsp. garlic salt 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper 1 tbsp. sprinkle hot pepper seeds SIDE: Egg shell noodles 2 cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup Saute onion and pepper in butter. Add sausage and beef, stir until separated. Pour in seasoning (use only cast iron pot), last item mushroom soup. Simmer on slow or low 30 to 45 minutes. |
