POLYNESIAN BARS 
3 c. oats
1 c. millet flour
1/2 c. pecans
1 1/4 c. applesauce
1 c. unsweetened coconut
1 tsp. salt

FILLING:

2 c. raisins
3/4 c. pineapple juice
20 oz. can crushed pineapple

Combine all ingredients except filling ingredients. Mix together and press 1/2 mixture firmly into 9 x 12 inch dish.

Filling: Plump up raisins in juice. Cook until thick. Spread over oat mixture. Top with remaining oat mixture. Press down gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into 1 1/2 x 4 inch bars. Refrigerate. Serve cold.

Servings: 18.
