MEATBALLS OVER SPAGHETTI OR ROTTINI | |
Depending on how many meatballs you need, use more to make more, this is for about 20 meatballs: 2 lb. hamburger 6 eggs Sprinkle parsley Garlic powder Parmesan cheese (lots) Salt and pepper Italian seasoned bread crumbs Mix all together, then bake for 15 minutes. No measurement for Parmesan cheese, gives it lots of flavor. In large pan put olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder over cut pork chops in strips. Let simmer very slowly then brown pork chops, Italian sausage in same pan. After browning meat add 2 cans of tomato sauce and let cook for 1/2 hour. Add 1 can of water, use same cans mixing water in and out of cans. Let cook for 1/2 hour add 1 can tomato paste with one can of water. Mix water in paste can. Add meatballs into sauce, let sauce cook nice and slow for 4 hours. Cook spaghetti or rottini at the end. |
