SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS 
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley flakes

In deep saucepan, bring onion soup mix, water and 1 1/2 can tomato sauce to a quick boil. Cook covered 10 minutes. Mix ground meat, seasonings and remaining tomato sauce.

Shape 16 meatballs and place in sauce. Simmer gently for 25 minutes. Turn 2-3 times. Serve with cooked spaghetti.
