PRUNE CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 sm. (4 3/4 oz.) jars baby prunes

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Use an oblong pan 9 x 13 inches.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk

Boil all ingredients for 1 minute and pour over hot cake. Allow cake to set for a few hours.
