PRALINE ICE CREAM PIE 
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1 sm. pkg. of instant butter pecan pudding mix
9 inch pie shell, baked

Heat brown sugar, butter, nuts, and coconut in heavy pan or skillet until mixture is hot. Pour into a baked pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes; cool.

Blend milk and ice cream in a bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat slowly with mixer until blended. Pour into cooled pie shell. Chill for about 3 hours. Top with Cool Whip.
