PUMPKIN ICE CREAM PIE 
Your favorite pumpkin pie filling, minus eggs and milk
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
Whipped cream
1 tsp. pumpkin pie mix seasoning
Chopped pecans (optional)

Make pumpkin pie filling from your favorite recipe but omit eggs and milk. Add pumpkin pie seasoning. Fold pumpkin mixture with softened ice cream. Spoon into pie crust and freeze. Thaw just long enough to be able to cut it. Serve with whipped cream and pecans on top. Refreeze leftover dessert. Keep covered once it has been frozen. Makes 6 servings.
