TIN ROOF PIE (ICE CREAM PIE) 
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. corn syrup
Approx. 2-3 c. Kellogg's Honey & Nut corn flakes (crunched)
Enough vanilla ice cream to fill a pie pan (approx. 2/3 of a 1/2 gallon ice cream)
3 tbsp. chopped peanuts

Mix together the peanut butter and corn syrup. Add crunched corn flakes and stir until coated. Press evenly into pie pan. Chill, spoon softened ice cream into crust. Sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze until firm.
