PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE | |
1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 5 slices of bread, crumbled 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Mix well. Stir in bread cubes. Add pineapple. Pour into souffle dish and garnish with brown sugar and (or) pineapple slices and maraschino cherries. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
