PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE 
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix together in casserole, dot with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

Souffle's are too delicate to change ingredients. This one sounds light and tasty already.
