CHILI VERDE CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. can green chili 1 lg. pkg. of Jack cheese 2 lb. ground beef 6-8 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. flour Slice green chilies, brown ground beef, shred cheese. Mix eggs, milk and flour, separate. 1. Chili 2. Meat 3. Cheese Repeat until all ingredients used except keep some cheese for top. Then put egg mixture (with flour and milk) all over and top with cheese. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 30 minutes. Use full casserole dish. |
