FOUR LAYER DESSERT CAKE | |
LAYER 1: 2 c. flour 1 c. melted butter 1 c. chopped nuts LAYER 2: 8 oz. soft cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip LAYER 3: 2 sm. pkg. pistachio instant pudding 2 tsp. creme de menthe (optional) 3 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla LAYER 4: Additional Cool Whip LAYER 1: Combine ingredients and pat into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees; let cool. LAYER 2: Blend ingredients and spread over crust. LAYER 3: Beat ingredients at low speed until thickened. Spread on cheese layer and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. NOTE: Any flavor pudding can be used. LAYER 4: Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding layer and chill until serving time. Nuts can be sprinkled on top. |
