BROCCOLI AND CHEESE 
1 1/2 c. instant rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheese spread
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 bag frozen broccoli

Mix soup, water, milk and onion together. Pour over raw rice. Put broccoli on top. Melt cheese with butter. Pour over broccoli. Top with 8 ounces Cheddar and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, uncovered. Use oblong glass baking dish.
