CHEESY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
3 c. cooked white rice
1 med. onion, chopped & sauteed in 2 tbsp. butter

When onions are tender, add the following:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Put rice and broccoli in buttered casserole dish. Pour cheese mixture over. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
