CHEESY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 stick butter
Ritz crackers, crushed (about a stack)

Cook broccoli; season with salt and a little sugar; drain. Melt cheese in butter. Mix with broccoli. Top with crackers. Bake until bubbly in 350 degree oven.
