CHEESY BROCCOLI AND POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
1/2 env. onion soup mix
6 potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 bag frozen broccoli
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. French fried onions (optional)

Combine first 5 ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with French fried onions. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
