BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 box Velveeta cheese

In a 2 quart saucepan, bring 1/2 cup water to boiling; add broccoli and onion. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until tender. Do not drain. Stir in soup, milk and cheese. Cook and stir until heated thoroughly. Makes 6 servings.
