BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli, broken in bite size pieces
1 bunch cauliflower, broken in bite size pieces
1 red onion, sliced in thin rings
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon (cooked crisp) then crumbled

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together well. Seal tight and let set 24 hours in refrigerator before serving.
