EXCHANGE-FREE JAM 
8 oz. strawberries
4 artificial sweetener tablets
1 tsp. powdered gelatin
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. lemon juice

Quarter berries and place in saucepan over low heat until juice runs. Boil quickly for 5 minutes. Add the sweetener. Dissolve gelatin in water and lemon juice over low heat; add to fruit. Place in covered bowl to refrigerate. This jam will not keep for more than 1 week and must be stored in refrigerator.
