RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. rhubarb cut up small
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 box strawberry Jello

Mix rhubarb and sugar together. Let stand in refrigerator for a while. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Add Jello, boil 1 more minute. Remove from heat, put in container or jar. Refrigerate. Keeps for a few weeks. Can also use orange Jello.
