PUDDING AND STRAWBERRY DESSERT | |
1 angel food cake, torn into sm. pieces Put into 9x13 pan. Mix 1 package vanilla instant pudding (3 3/4 oz. size) with 1 cup milk. Then add 1 pint softened vanilla ice cream. Blend on low speed until well blended. Pour over cake cubes. Refrigerate until firm. Dissolve 3 oz. package strawberry Jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add 1 (10 oz.) package frozen strawberries. Pour over pudding - do not stir. Chill until Jello is set. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. (Raspberry Jello and fresh raspberries are good, too.) |
