QUICK PAKAI (SWEET & SOUR PORK) 
2 1/2 lb. pork steak, chops or spare ribs

Cut up into small chunks, shake in cornstarch, brown and drain. Put into baking pan.

Mix together: 1/4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. catsup 3 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. soy sauce Sm. can of pineapple chunks

Pour over meat in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally. Add: Green pepper, cut up Onion, cut up

And continue baking for another 15 minutes. Serve with hot rice. 4 servings.
