1 lb. bag cole slaw mix
cucumbers, onion and pepper, optional
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. cold water
1 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tbsp. salt
1 clove garlic or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients and pour over cole slaw mix. Marinate about one hour.
