8 med. potatoes (cooked and sliced)
1/2 c. sliced cucumbers
1 sm. onion (minced)
3 ribs celery (diced)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 slices cooked bacon, diced
3 lg. hard boiled eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Paprika (for top)

Combine the potatoes, cucumber, onion, celery, salt and pepper, bacon. Remove the egg yolks from eggs, but dice only the whites. Add to potato mixture. Mash yolks and add to the sour cream, vinegar and mayonnaise. Mix well and add to potato mixture. Sprinkle paprika on top. Chill. Serve.
